Via YELP: There are many types of noodles at Vietnamese restaurants. Clear noodles (made out of potato like Korean japchae), long pho noodles, vermicelli bun noodles, thicker noodles they put in spicy red broth, and the "Vietnamese noodles" which are like thick worms (if you go to Lee Lee and see the Thai desserts - the thick noodles with green goo in there - that's the noodles I am talking about). I love the Vietnamese noodle broth. I also love the charbroiled pork here with the bun. The meals are $6-8, so they are not expensive, and there is about two cups of food - either mostly broth (if you are getting pho) or mostly lettuce/cucumbers (if you are getting bun). The broths taste like they have been simmering a long time, not just like canned chicken noodle soup. Obviously some MSG though which is always a downer but a reality. Beware: the tendons in the soup are humongous. Definitely adventure eating right there.
